- Our family was blessed with a beautiful son on July 17, 2007. We found at 30 wks pregnant that he would have a cleft lip. We didn't find out a definite on the palate until he was born. He ended up having that too. It has been a scary anxious road these past few months. The Lord has given us so much strength and has placed so many wonderful people in our lives. Our hope is to help anyone else who may be going through this. It is an emotional rollercoaster, but we are here to tell you all will be fine and your baby will be normal in all other ways. There will just be a few bumps in the road on the way to "fixing things".
